Join Shangri-La Singapore to celebrate its chefs’ creative renditions of Rooted in Nature dishes which features local and ethically sourced ingredients.
Furthermore, Origin Grill’s Chef de Cuisine Simon Bell is presenting a special set lunch menu “Rooted in Nature” which incorporates sustainable items into flavoursome dishes such as the Daintree Barramundi with sustainably farmed seafood and locally-grown Roasted Spring Chicken.
