Did you know that the Singapore Botanic Gardens can be considered the birthplace of Southeast Asia’s rubber and orchid industries? A walk through Tanglin / Heritage Core of the Gardens will evoke memories of bygone days where ladies stroll through the Gardens with parasols and long skirts. Highlights of the tour include the Bandstand, the Heritage Trees, the Main Gate, and the Saraca Stream Walk.
This tour is recommended for participants above 9 years old and suitable for individuals with mobility issues. No pets are allowed.
Registration is required by 8.45am at the Tanglin Visitor Services Desk. Limited slots are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
